Zone A: $134,600 - $179,500
Zone B: $121,200 - $161,600
Zone C: $111,800 - $149,000
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Ownership and Accountability
- Fully understand and own program outcomes, including success metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, anticipating risks, and creating mitigation strategies to ensure success.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to generate actionable insights, creating reports to measure program performance and track success metrics.
Strategic Problem-Solving
- Address complex challenges by identifying root causes, developing actionable solutions, and leveraging cross-functional input.
- Make data-driven, balanced decisions that account for business, customer, and stakeholder needs while proactively resolving obstacles.
Analytical Thinking and Systems Approach
- Apply systems thinking to assess the interconnectedness of people, processes, and technology, addressing dependencies holistically.
- Identify themes and patterns across programs to uncover opportunities for improvement, providing strategic recommendations that enhance business impact, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Communication and Executive Influence
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, tailoring messages to ensure clarity, alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
- Influence executive leadership by presenting actionable insights, securing buy-in, and ensuring transparency on program progress.
Program Management and Execution
- Establish structure and momentum from ambiguity, creating clarity and actionable plans for stakeholders and teams.
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, risks, work plan, and timing for new initiatives
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders demonstrating incremental progress
- 7+ years of experience in Project or Program Management
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with measurable impact.
- Expertise in program management, executive influence, risk mitigation, and systems thinking methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver incremental value.
- Understanding of business operations, marketplace trends, and best practices, particularly within Sales and Customer Success functions.
